We Asked, You Answered: How YOU Unplug
We’ve talked a lot about the dangers of too much screen time and have warned against giving our digital devices too much of our time and attention. That’s why we invented Life Mode on Palm - to put people back in control of their digital lives and focus instead on the moments that really matter in life. We aren’t saying that all screen time is bad, nor is it always hurtful, but rather, we think we all need to be more mindful and intentional with how and when we are using our devices.
This is one of the reasons why we at Palm love to celebrate National Day of Unplugging. This holiday puts a big focus on raising awareness for the importance of taking a respite from technology to inspire healthy life/tech balance. A value that we also hold close to our hearts, we wanted to not only celebrate this holiday, but we wanted to inspire our #PalmCrew to take a break as well.

Even though National Day of Unplugging is only one day each year, we want to challenge you to think about celebrating it monthly, or even weekly!
